Full-time Overview:
Shift:
Monday- Friday, with hours varying between 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM and 11:30 PM

Provide direct substance abuse assessments, interventions, individual counseling, and group counseling services. Develop individualized treatment plans, education, and consultation services for clients, families, and support systems. Coordinate referrals, case management activities, team meetings, and community resource services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation reflecting services provided and recommended follow-up care. Collaborate with in-house staff and outside professionals to ensure comprehensive, quality client care. Complete drug and alcohol toxicology screenings as needed. Follow all local, state, and federal regulatory standards while maintaining required licenses, certifications, and annual competencies.Qualifications:
Education:
Requires a master's degree in a behavioral healthcare services related field.Experience:
Preference of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, counseling, or substance abuse treatment; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, abilities, and skills.License/Certifications:
Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons, attained within 3 months of employment. One of the following certifications/licensures required within 2 years of employment in the state they are working: Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
