Behavioral Health Specialist

St Xavier Home Care is looking for an Intake/Outreach Specialist.

Duties:

Responding to various inquires for intake, information, and referral. Conducting needs assessments. Obtain required documents for intake process. Process each intake in a timely manner. Communicate with staffing department. Conduct outreaches to schools, community and professional group to promote services. Phone calls to each professional group to promote services.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree Excellent Communication Skills Detail Orientated Excellent Marketing Skills.

Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
