BRAND NEW FEMALE GIRLS' RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY COMING TO CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP
~! We are seeking multiple Behavior Health Technicians for immediate start! Shifts available! 1st 7 am - 3pm 2nd 3pm- 11 pm 3rd 11pm-9am (4 days a week) Must be prepared to start on 6/1/26 Are your clearances current? If so- we can use them!
QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
High school diploma - GED Full time and per diem roles available! Residential Treatment Staff Working with GirlsYouth (Ages 12-17) Full-Time Position Summary Residential Treatment Staff assist Caseworkers and Management by providing direct care and basic treatment services to Girls Youth (Ages 12-17) . Staff play a key role in maintaining safety, structure, and therapeutic engagement throughout daily programming. Responsibilities Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all residents Support appropriate social interactions and positive behavioral development Complete daily documentation , including staff logs and progress notes Maintain structure and consistent expectations in alignment with treatment guidelines Participate in on-site and off-site recreational activities Engage residents in one-to-one interactions as time allows Assist youth in meeting goals outlined in their individual treatment plans Co-facilitate group sessions and therapeutic activities Support Caseworkers with treatment interventions as needed Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED required Ability to obtain: PA Child Abuse Clearance (Act 33) Criminal History Clearance FBI Clearance (Act 73) Valid driver's license Ability to successfully complete Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training Why Work at DTAC?
