Behavioral Health Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This role provides therapeutic support to teens and young adults while helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about client care, collaborative treatment, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Locations Hiring:

Fremont & Tiffin, OH Schedule:

Full-Time; 40 Hours/week; flexible days and hours

Salary:

$22.75-$30.00/hour + Benefits Responsibilities Provide individual therapy in an outpatient setting Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support client care Provide guidance and support to clients working through mental health concerns Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active Ohio licensure required:

LPC LSW LISW LPCC
