Job Description

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Position Overview We are looking for a Behavioral Specialist to join a school team and provide hands-on support to students who need behavioral and emotional guidance throughout the school day. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, observant, and confident in applying behavior strategies in real time. What You'll Do Support students with behavioral needs across classroom and school environments Implement individualized behavior strategies and monitor effectiveness Assist in de-escalation and redirection when challenging behaviors arise Track daily behavior data and provide updates to the team Partner with teachers and support staff to maintain consistency across settings Help create structured routines that promote positive behavior and engagement What We're Looking For High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology, Human Services, or Education Experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral or school settings Knowledge of behavior intervention techniques and classroom support strategies Strong ability to stay composed and solution-focused in high-pressure situations Reliable, team-oriented, and consistent in attendance and follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a school district or special education environment Familiarity with IEPs, BIPs, or behavioral data collection Advanced credentials preferred but not required What You Can Expect Weekly pay with competitive rates Structured schedule aligned with the school calendar Ongoing support from a dedicated recruiting and clinical team A role where your impact is visible every single day Why This Opportunity Stands Out You're not just observing behavior — you're actively shaping outcomes.
