Benefits Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Benefit Specialist to join our team in the Conway/Little Rock area. We have had tremendous growth and we need great people to help continue that trend! The Benefits Specialist will work closely with local leadership to drive sales. Responsibilities Drive sales and meet established targets Deliver exceptional customer service and support to policyholders Assist policyholders with claims and provide guidance throughout the process Collaborate with leadership and team members to implement sales strategies Qualifications Results-driven team player with demonstrated success in a sales environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Highly coachable and eager to learn new systems and approaches Positive attitude that contributes to our strong team culture Strong work ethic, with a commitment to building and leaving a lasting legacy If you enjoy helping people while making money, please submit your resume!
