Front of House Manager / General Manager Position Summary Beverage Cart Servers are responsible for providing a consistent, high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced golf environment. This includes accurate order handling, strong situational awareness, and efficient service. Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and manage their experience Accurately enter beverage orders into Toast POS Deliver beverages in a timely and professional manner Manage tabs, including split checks and house accounts , with accuracy Monitor guest experience and resolve issues as they arise Maintain clean and organized service areas Responsible for stock and organizing cart for positive customer experience Support bar and kitchen flow during peak golf and event traffic Complete opening and closing duties as assigned Alcohol Service Requirement Employees who serve or deliver alcoholic beverages must: Obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Beverage Employee License issued by the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission Complete all required state-approved alcohol server training within required timeframes Follow all company policies regarding responsible alcohol service Failure to maintain compliance may result in removal from alcohol service duties or termination. Qualifications Prior serving experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during high-volume golf events Physical Requirements Standing/walking for extended periods Lifting up to 25 pounds
