Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children across multiple classrooms, focusing on their safety and well-being. Support lead teachers with daily activities, transitions, and classroom routines to promote smooth operations. Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and social interactions that foster development and curiosity. Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other essential caregiving tasks for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive conduct and emotional regulation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials, toys, and supplies to ensure a safe environment. Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and guardians to share updates on children's progress and needs. Skills Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Ability to handle various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers with patience and enthusiasm. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for young children. First aid certification or willingness to obtain it prior to start date. Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Familiarity with classroom experience, caregiving routines, and working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
