The Exterior Services team leads the upkeep and enhancement of outdoor environments across multiple sites, ensuring safety, functionality, and visual appeal. This team coordinates landscaping activities, property repairs, and equipment maintenance while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with store management and maintenance teams, they prioritize efficient task completion and proactive issue resolution. The team fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and compliance, supporting a professional and well-maintained environment that aligns with organizational goals and delivers a positive experience for associates and customers alike. What you'll do: Lead and support teams by coordinating work assignments and sharing resources to meet business priorities. Supervise associates by assigning duties, providing feedback, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and compliance. Maintain safety and quality standards by ensuring equipment and supplies are functional and available at shift start. Manage landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, pest control, and general exterior maintenance. Utilize technology to complete work orders, maintain records, and support operational efficiency. Provide expert guidance on horticulture methods and regulatory compliance. Foster positive communication with facility users to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscape management, including planting, pruning, pest control, and maintenance of garden beds and exterior areas.
