Bilingual Customer Representative

Growth Solutions Agency, a sales firm representing AT&T as our client. We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Representative. The Bilingual Customer Representative plays a vital role in combining sales expertise with strong customer service to support customers exploring AT&T wireless solutions. As a Bilingual Customer Representative, you will engage directly with customers, providing customer service support while guiding them through AT&T devices, plans, and promotions through a structured sales process. A successful Bilingual Customer Representative understands that excellent customer service drives strong sales performance. The Bilingual Customer Representative will work in-person with customers to present AT&T wireless products, answer questions through proactive customer service, and complete sales transactions. Bilingual Customer Representative Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service while conducting daily sales presentations for AT&T wireless services. Educate customers about AT&T phones, plans, and wireless features while providing professional customer service support. Complete wireless activations and upgrades through AT&T systems while maintaining strong customer service standards. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer information within AT&T reporting systems. Assist customers with troubleshooting questions through patient customer service while recommending AT&T solutions. Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance and strengthen customer service delivery for AT&T campaigns. Bilingual Customer Representative Qualifications Experience in customer service, retail, or sales environments preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship-building. Motivation to grow within a fast-paced sales organization representing AT&T. Reliable transportation is preferred. Is fluent in English and Spanish Able to execute the daily tasks required in English and Spanish High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
