DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this job is to create, manage, and drive all of the marketing needs for the Sheng Kee Bakery in addition to setting and executing the Marketing Team's annual plan and goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Having Some Retail Food Experience is a Plus Customer Service Experience Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese Read/Write Chinese

SUPERVISION

The Marketing Associate will report directly to the manager of the Marketing Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating, Maintaining, and Executing our Marketing Plan
• Sales Forecasts and Coordination for Sheng Kee's Marketing Program.
• Managing our digital communications and customer service reviews
• Maintaining Relationships with Corporate/Wholesale Customers
• Coordinating Special Orders with our Production and Store Teams
• Being the Communication Liasson between our Management team and our Stores.
• Managing Ongoing and New Marketing Campaigns and Promotions to Drive Sales
• General Support for the Sheng Kee's internal teams.
• Help Marketing Manager with projects to achieve department goals
• Weekly Special and Promotional Checking
• Press, Marketing Related Articles, Advertising, and Partnerships

• Marketing/Brand and Product R D Ideation Web Store Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the daily operations of our Digital Mail Order Store during the

Autumn Moon Season:

o Order Maintenance, Customer Service, and Order Fulfillment

• Fulfill the daily operations for our Online Cake Orders year round: o Order Maintenance, Customer Service, and Order Fulfillment o Authorize payment, print, fax, call cake orders daily o Take customer orders through phone / email
• Manage the backend Shopify storefront and work towards site improvement

Communications:

• Fielding English/Chinese Sales Calls, filling out form and taking notes.
• Handling questions / inquiries / complaints from customers
• Chinese Copy/Translation for Marketing Department
• Translate Memos for Product Launch and Marketing Events to Chinese
• Handling English/Chinese based internal communication between our department and other departments
