Drishticon is a Silicon Valley-based IT consulting and technology solutions company specializing in enterprise ecommerce, cloud technologies, systems integration, digital transformation, and mission-critical business platforms. We partner with startups and Fortune 500 organizations to deliver innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions through onsite and offshore delivery models. We are currently searching for a Change Management Consultant for a client located in San Francisco Bay Area this is a Contract position. Our client intends for this to be a Hybrid position. Oversee activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams. Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders. Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out. This role will be the training lead for the GPOS program, which will be replacing both the hardware (tablets) and software of all POS systems across all brands. This individual will be responsible for synthesizing the change impacts by ersona into training strategies and plans, developing course outlines, creating training materials (ex. FAQs, VILT) or engagement (eg. overview presentations, stakeholder update presentations), managing the review/approval cycles of said materials, and managing themselves against project milestones. This role requires someone organized, highly adaptable, able to jump in and learn new tools/systems, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
Required Skills:
Experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Training Enablement. Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience creating training strategies and instructional materials. Familiarity with VILT and enterprise learning methodologies. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines independently. Strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities. Nice to have : Experience with POS systems, retail operations, or large-scale deployment programs. Experience working in consulting or transformation environments. Exposure to organizational readiness assessments and change impact analysis.
