  • Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a strong background in office management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a busy medical office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a professional environment by managing front desk operations, supporting clinical functions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff alike. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with office technology, and a commitment to delivering outstanding support. Hours are excellent Monday-Thursday only. 8 or 9am
  • 5pm.
Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing professional and courteous assistance at all times. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and taking detailed messages when necessary. Handle scheduling tasks including calendar management, appointment setting, and coordinating meetings using tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record-keeping for administrative purposes. Support office management activities such as inventory control, basic reporting, and supply ordering. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person. Assist with keeping waiting room tidy. Utilize strong computer literacy skills to operate office equipment efficiently while adhering to proper phone etiquette standards. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting administrative needs as a personal assistant when required.
