Job Summary:

Noble staffing solutions is seeking a Experience Logistics Customer Service Representative in the city of Joliet, IL 60436. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to customers by phone and email, processing bills of lading, and maintaining organized filing systems. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Monday-Friday 7am-4pm at $20hr. Key Responsibilities:

Process and review bills of lading accurately Maintain organized and up-to-date files Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner Assist with general office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish Previous customer service or clerical experience preferred Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email) Experience with WMS program Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills
