Job Description

POSITION
Production & Sales Coordinator SUMMARY :
This position provides administrative and coordination support for production programs, sales, and customer service within the Point of Purchase (POP) displays and fixtures department.
SALARY RANGE
$50,000 to $60,000 per year and commensurate with experience.
SHIFT :
Full-Time Monday through Friday 8 am-4:30 pm
EST. AVAILABLE BENEFITS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Coordinator
  • Manage job setup by verifying material availability and coordinating with project managers to maintain job accuracy.
  • Review and distribute production, shipment, and work schedules, as well as confer with department supervisors to determine work progress and completion dates.
  • Coordinate with project managers on the job-closing process and collaborate with Quality Control to ensure all data entries are accurate and complete.
  • Prepare subcontractor packing slips to ensure precise documentation and tracking of all outgoing shipments.
  • Monitor daily production labor and audit reported hours within the system to maintain high data accuracy.
  • Update and distribute the Production Action item sheet to the team prior to weekly meetings to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate truck deliveries as requested and provide consistent, real-time status updates to the project team.
  • Support diverse projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all milestones and quality standards are strictly met.
  • Perform quarterly and annual inventory cycle counts for materials and finished goods to ensure and improve system data accuracy.

  • Provide sales support by responding to information requests and facilitating communication through websites, emails, and meeting coordination.
  • Work with outside sales on an ongoing basis to develop and maintain a sales, lead, tracking, and calendaring system.
  • Review, coordinate, and track the completion, inspection, shipment, delivery, acceptance, and closure of products and jobs on the system.
  • Interacting with the customers, processing information, and providing them with the required data for the best results.
  • Confer with establishment personnel, customers, and vendors to coordinate production and shipment activities, as well as eliminate delays and resolve complaints.
  • Ensure existing contract orders are updated and administered.
  • Administer and maintain customer inventory agreements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customer requests and questions.
  • Interface and work closely with customer service, quality, operations, and engineering to deliver top-notch communication and customer service.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Highly reliable and self-motivated professional with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer, math, interpersonal, material control, and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Prior experience in Epicor or other similar Enterprise Resource Planning software programs preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good follow-through skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
