Job Description

We've partnered with a healthcare organization to find talented professionals for their billing department. Currently, we are seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to join the team. If you are fluent in Spanish, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, we want to hear from you!
salary:
$23•$25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 11 AM•8
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Review and analyze client bills to determine payment responsibilitiesCommunicate with clients in Spanish and English to explain billing detailsResolve billing discrepancies and answer client inquiriesCollaborate with insurance companies and healthcare providers as neededMaintain accurate records of all client interactions and billing updatesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
Effective communication skills in Spanish and English (verbal and written)Previous experience in medical billing or collections preferredDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple casesAvailability to work from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Skills Medical Billing (2 years of experience is preferred)EMR (2 years of experience is preferred)ConfidentialityMedical Billing•DenialsBillingClaims ProcessingPatient Care CoordinationEHR/Epic Qualifications Years of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
