What You'll Bring:
Valid state license to practice physical therapy (in good standing) Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital therapy setting preferred Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and clinic policies Ability to design individualized treatment plans and direct therapy services Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Demonstrated focus on patient and employee safety principles
Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and establish outcome-driven treatment plans Deliver high-quality therapy interventions to help patients return to daily activities Diligently document all care and progress in accordance with legal, regulatory, and facility requirements Educate patients, families, and team members about therapy processes Mentor and provide guidance to students as assigned Uphold professional and ethical standards relevant to clinical practice Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives
