Part-Time On-Site Staffing Assistant - Mineral Wells, TX Looking to build your career in recruiting and HR while making a real impact? WorkSource is searching for an energetic, people-focused Part-Time On-Site Staffing Assistant to join our team and support a local company in the Mineral Wells area.

What You'll Do:

Be one of the friendly faces candidates meet first—recruit, screen, and interview top talent. Guide applicants through testing, reference checks, background checks, and onboarding. Deliver job offers and help new employees start strong. Keep everything running smoothly accurate I-9 processing, payroll tracking, and candidate records. Partner with clients and team members to meet hiring goals and build long-term success. Bring energy, organization, and a positive attitude to a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma required; recruiting/staffing experience is a plus (but not a deal-breaker). Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued. Strong communicator with a professional, upbeat personality. Tech-savvy with MS Office 365 and comfortable learning new systems. Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping details sharp and confidential. Thrives under pressure and loves problem-solving on the go. Why WorkSource?
