Bilingual On-Site Supervisor

On-Site Staffing Supervisor Pay:

$28.00 / hour + DOE Swing Shift Monday-Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am + Overtime as needed On-Site Supervisor Job Description and Summary of Functions The On-Site Staffing Supervisor is based at a partner manufacturing facility and acts as a primary liaison between temporary associates and client supervisors. This role is responsible for day-to-day workforce coordination, supporting client operations, resolving associate concerns, and promoting a productive, compliant, and positive work environment. Success in this role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This position reports to the respective On-Site Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The On-Site Supervisor is expected to be on-site full-time to support operations in the following areas: Monitor and track associate attendance Administer corrective actions related to attendance, performance, and behavior Partner closely with client supervisors and management teams Foster positive relationships with associates and support a strong workplace culture Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Manage and respond to incoming and outgoing emails promptly Send daily reports to internal and client leadership regarding attendance, performance, and other updates Assist with shift changes and scheduling needs Provide general support for day-to-day operational needs Conduct face-to-face interactions, including potential conflict resolution or de-escalation Facilitate new hire orientations Maintain accurate records and update tracking systems regularly Conduct milestone check-ins with associates at 1, 30, 60, and 90 days Ensure job orders are accurately posted and updated in the applicant tracking system Process terminations and communicate assignment conclusions with affected employees Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude Coachable and willing to learn Strong team collaboration skills Ability to stand 8-10 hours per day with occasional walking, bending, and lifting High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Professional demeanor and appearance Reliable attendance and punctuality Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard office technology Ability to actively participate in a team environment

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

Full-time, on-site role requiring consistent in-person attendance Must be available during shift hours and occasionally beyond regular business hours to support client needs Frequent use of phone, computer, and email communication Local travel during business hours may be required; occasional out-of-area travel possible Light physical activity; majority of work performed indoors within a manufacturing facility Standing and walking are common; occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required Manual dexterity for standard office equipment use
