  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (bilingual is preferred not required) to lead our second-shift warehouse operations.
This vital role ensures smooth distribution processes, effective team management, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong leadership skills, and/or have a solid background in warehouse management. This is an urgent opening for a motivated professional ready to make a positive impact in a fast-paced logistics environment. Willing and able to work 2nd shift with variable Sunday start times (Could start at 1 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.) Stability in staffing career history Comfort operating as the sole onsite leader Strong client-facing presence and accountability mindset Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong computer skills (ATS
  • Tempworks, Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office etc.
) Recruiting/Onboarding/Compliance & Staff Management experience Responsibilities The ideal individual will be a strong, autonomous leader with the ability to manage onsite operations, client relationships, and recruiting in a dynamic environment. Schedule & Flexibility Ability to work 2nd shift onsite, Sunday-Thursday, approximately 2:30 PM-11:30 PM High flexibility required on Sundays, with start times frequently varying (alternate start time around 1:00 PM) Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons, particularly Q4 Experience Minimum 5+ years of light industrial staffing experience, demonstrating stability (no more than two staffing agencies during that timeframe) Experience includes high-volume recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance management Proven experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution operations Onsite staffing experience strongly preferred Comparable supervisory or leadership experience outside of the staffing industry in a similar environment will also be considered Skills Highly organized, accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing onsite demands Demonstrated capability to operate independently with minimal supervision Dependable, adaptable, and accountable in fast-paced, changing environments Hands-on recruiting expertise, including candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing and selection, hiring, onboarding, and orientation Strong responsiveness to fluctuating staffing needs and production demands Ability to independently lead and manage the onsite client relationship Serves as the primary point of contact for client leadership, HR, and operations teams Proactively identifies risks, resolves issues, and improves service delivery Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to assess situations quickly, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Looking for individual that:
