Handle incoming calls with a professional, warm, and courteous touch—managing everything from new patient consultations to urgent emergency triaging.Strategic Scheduling:
Proactively manage appointment calendars to ensure our providers can help as many patients as possible.Problem Solver:
Act as a liaison to resolve patient inquiries efficiently, ensuring any emerging issues are handled with care.High-Performance Support:
Maintain a high standard of call quality and volume while managing non-technical administrative tasks and routine claims.Team Collaboration:
Engage in daily huddles and team meetings to share insights and improve how we serve our community.Outreach:
Conduct professional outbound calls to assist clinics with follow-ups and scheduling needs. What You Bring to the Table The "People"Factor:

You are fluent in Spanish and English, allowing you to provide essential support to our diverse patient base.Multitasking Mastery:

You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Foundation:
