Bilingual Production Lead

We are recruiting a 2nd Shift Bilingual Production Lead to join our talented team of high-impact employees in our Milton, WI production facility. The Lettershop is where we insert printed material into envelopes and get them ready to mail. The Shift Lead supports the Shift Supervisor by assisting with machine assignments, hourly counts, and troubleshooting problems with machine set ups and operations.

In this position you will:

Assist in training new employees Assign employees to machines and assist with scheduling Interpret job instructions and confirm that inserting equipment is set up according to job specifications Monitor and assess quality through all phases of production Evaluate hourly machine counts and make adjustments to improve production Order material for jobs and maintain good communication with the Warehouse team

Qualifications:

Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish Ability to build and lead teams Be detail oriented, committed to quality and be able to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Possess proactive problem solving and troubleshooting skills Intermediate computer skills within a Microsoft Windows Environment Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift High school diploma or equivalent This full time position includes the following benefits: Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus Shift Premium Medical coverage Dental and Vision coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401k saving plan with company match, subject to plan terms
