Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting production by ensuring all equipment, tools, and systems operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general maintenance, mold installation, and light fabrication work.

We currently have openings on 2nd and 3rd shift (Monday through Friday), with the flexibility to work Saturdays as needed based on production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all work instructions, company policies, and safety guidelines consistentlyOperate and maintain shop equipment such as welders, torches, saws, and drill pressesSupport and understand plant systems, including machining centers, presses, air compressors, and mold installationsPerform press programming and adjustments as neededConduct predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on production equipmentSafely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other powered industrial vehiclesPerform general building maintenance and facility repairsApply basic electrical and robotics knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 6 months of relevant maintenance experience preferredStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and within a team environmentFlexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift and occasional weekendsComfortable working at heights or on top of equipment
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects 50 lbs or moreAbility to climb ladders and work in various indoor and outdoor environmentsUse of hand tools, electric tools, and air-powered toolsMust have good vision and hearing to perform job duties safely
Work Environment:
Exposure to loud noise, moving machinery, and varying temperaturesMust adhere to all company safety procedures and use appropriate PPEPreferred but
Not Required:
Bilingual in English and SpanishExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
