Bilingual Production Painter Spray Painting / Manufacturing

Join our manufacturing team as a Bilingual Production Painter at Texture Plus. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for spray-painting our 3D-designed wall panels with water-based paint in a factory production environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, honest, trustworthy, smart, and detail-oriented. Spray gun experience is a plus, and manufacturing or factory experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This position requires a good eye for color, consistency, and quality. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow instructions carefully, and help ensure our panels are painted to meet our company standards.

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$15.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30

Texture Plus - Lincolnton, NC Responsibilities Spray paint 3D-designed wall panels using water-based paint. Use spray equipment to apply paint evenly and consistently. Follow color instructions, production requirements, and quality standards. Inspect painted panels for proper coverage, color accuracy, and finish quality. Maintain consistency across panels and daily production work. Handle panels carefully to prevent damage during painting, drying, and movement. Keep work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines. Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish. Be willing to learn our painting process and improve through training and feedback. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Must be reliable, honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Must be smart, willing to learn, and able to follow directions. Must have a good eye for color, detail, and finish quality. Must be able to stand, move, and work with hands throughout the shift. Must be able to work in a manufacturing/factory environment. Spray gun experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Manufacturing, factory, painting, finishing, automotive painting, cabinet painting, furniture painting, or production coating experience is a plus.
