Bilingual Receiving Specialist

Job Overview Lake County Press is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Receiving Specialist to join our fast-paced warehouse team! Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy and completeness Load and unload trucks safely using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols Prepare items for storage or shipment by packing, labeling, and staging products according to company standards Use order pickers and RF scanners to accurately select products for order fulfillment, stocking, or shipping Maintain organized inventory records. Accurately receive incoming shipments into Vera core, PSI and File Maker systems; generate and affix warehouse labels and placards as required. Assist with stock replenishment, order picking, packing, and shipping activities to support efficient warehouse distribution Collaborate with team members in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively about shipments, inventory levels, and safety procedures Experience Prior warehouse, fulfillment or manufacturing/assembly experience with a focus on shipping & receiving operations is highly preferred Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is required; certification is a plus Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar platforms, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish to facilitate clear instructions and teamwork Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
