• 2:30pm We are seeking a skilled Team Lead in Euless, TX to support daily operations in a fabrication and composites environment.

This hands-on role is responsible for guiding operators, maintaining production flow, and performing technical machine setup and operation. Apply now!

Bilingual Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead work activities for a shift or specific work cell
• Serve as a technical resource for operators
• Train and support less experienced team members
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Complete accurate work order documentation
• Recommend process and workflow improvements
• Set up and operate equipment such as saws, manual mills, lathes, presses, routers, panel saws, and more
• Perform machining operations requiring tight tolerances
• Conduct in-process inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 6S practices Requirements for

Bilingual Team Lead:

• Ability to work independently with minimal defects
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient with measurement tools
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Technical degree with 2+ years of experience preferred OR equivalent experience and education
• Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to regularly standing, walking, reaching, and manual handling
• Ability to lift / move up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment
