Bilingual Video Associate

Piggly Wiggly is hiring a part-time Bilingual Video Associate based in Enterprise, Alabama, to assist with customer engagement, in-store communication, and on-camera video content creation focused on promoting the store, weekly specials, community connection, and customer trust. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable speaking with customers as well as appearing on camera for social media and promotional content. Key Responsibilities Create short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other company platforms Appear on camera to promote weekly specials, store events, giveaways, and community initiatives Assist with bilingual customer communication and outreach Help create engaging content focused on grocery savings, fresh products, family shopping, and local community involvement Participate in promotional planning and marketing discussions Coordinate with store management and marketing team on content schedules Maintain a professional and friendly on-camera presence Follow company branding, promotional guidelines, and timelines Platforms Used Content may be used across: Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube WhatsApp Store digital advertising channels Required Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong communication and customer service skills Confident speaking on camera Friendly, energetic, and professional personality Ability to communicate naturally with diverse customers Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Experience Experience in customer service, grocery retail, marketing, or social media Experience creating video content or appearing on camera Background in supermarkets, restaurants, hospitality, or community engagement is a plus Technical Requirements Applicants should have access to: A high-quality smartphone or camera capable of recording clear video Basic lighting setup preferred Reliable internet connection for uploading content and communication

Pay:

Up to $15.00 per hour
