Swimming Pool Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. Our company specializes in cleaning/service, repairs, and liners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance or repair tasks. Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment to identify any necessary repairs or replacements. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding pool maintenance. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool, including maintenance schedules and repairs made utilizing a state of the art App Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality results. Skills Know how to swim. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to pool maintenance and repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment effectively. Experience in pool cleaning techniques and chemical treatments for water quality management is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Previous experience as a service technician in the pool industry is preferred but not mandatory. Working at Blue Water is more than a job, it's a family.
