Bilingual/Spanish Teller/Customer Service Rep.-Credit Union/Bank/

Role:

Seeking a person proficient in reading and speaking Spanish to assist member/customers with their financial transactions professionally and efficiently; involving paying and receiving cash and checks, identifying opportunities to guide our members on their Path to Financial Freedom, and to provide an outstanding experience to our members in every transaction. Major Duties and Responsibilities Receive and process member financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Provide routine account information and services in person and by telephone. Update member file information and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Read and speak both English and Spanish proficiently Minimum of high school diploma or GED Intermediate mathematical skills (calculations and concepts involving percentages, decimals, etc.) Well-developed interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary for communication with members, visitors, callers, or co-workers. Positive Attitude Line up with our Mission at Community Plus FCU Availability Mon-Fri 7:30-5:30. Saturdays from 7:30am-12:30pm - No Sundays. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
