Responsibilities New Job set-up in Quickbooks and Excel Data Entry of Daily Work Sheets into Excel Spreadsheets Generate Billing Reports Process invoices efficiently using Quickbooks Generate reports to support billing and accounts receivable functions Apply construction industry knowledge to billing processes Collaborate regularly with the Billing Manager Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable Construction experience a plus Company DescriptionWe are a land surveying company in the construction industry.
