Job Description:

Billing Coordinator (Contract) | Queens, NY (Onsite) $21.50/hour We are partnering with a global logistics organization to identify a Billing Coordinator to join their team in Queens. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior office or billing experience who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Issue invoices daily using an internal system and customer-specific rate tables Review and manage a high-volume email inbox to identify billing-related items Allocate vendor invoices to the appropriate shipment data Follow customer-specific instructions for invoice delivery (email, online portals, etc.) Maintain accurate billing records and documentation Support the creation and updating of billing procedures (SOPs)

What They're Looking For:

1-2+ years of office, administrative, or billing experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently Basic Excel and computer skills Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently

Additional Details:

Fully onsite in Queens, NY Monday-Friday schedule (8-hour day within 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Overtime may be required during peak billing periods (month-end / beginning of month) Contract role with potential for long-term extension If you're interested in a stable, hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, we'd love to connect.
