Job Description

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a hands-on Billing Manager to lead high-volume billing and accounts receivable operations across multiple profit centers. This role serves as the day-to-day lead and subject matter expert, supporting a team of five and partnering closely with finance and operations to ensure accurate invoicing, strong controls, and healthy cash flow. This direct hire opportunity offers $85k-$95k. Key Responsibilities Lead daily billing and AR activities, including invoicing, and reconciliations Ensure timely, accurate billing and resolve discrepancies Serve as escalation point for complex billing or system issues Support month-end close, reporting, and aging analysis Identify process improvements and support workflow enhancements Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations Support training and onboarding of billing/AR staff Qualifications 5 years of billing or AR experience in a high-volume environment Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-profit center operations Prior lead or senior-level experience preferred Strong working knowledge of GAAP Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Pay Details:
