The Billing Operations Supervisor/Team Lead role will primarily perform tasks associated with the billing process for North America Field Service as well as supervise a team of specialists working as a team to create and extend invoices to customers for work accomplished by our field and branch offices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the team of Billing Specialists assigned to execute customer billing tasks and other related tasks and also performing billing specialist's tasks with the team. Support the Specialists to address billing corrections, customer disputes and collections as needed Deliver to established performance metrics Contribute to the continuous improvement of the billing process Commit to and monitor the Open Order status for month end related activities Own strategic planning of employee training and development for new hires Demonstrate and build deep process expertise Foster a culture of continuous improvement Demonstrate financial acumen Demonstrated ability to be both a team player and an effective team leader, focused on making a positive impact on the organization. Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi-task in an office environment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an office environment 1+ years' experience in customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceMax, Salesforce, and SAP Strong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations effectively to management in both written and oral form. Excellent leadership and organizational skills #LI-On-site RSRCAR
