Charlotte, NC / Fort Mill, SC - Charlotte Area Preferred or Flexible for Travel as Needed Contract position 12 month 10+ Years of experience Required Visa- All visa workable Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS/PBCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Transaction Matching, Data Integration, and Financial Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will support finance and controllership teams through configuration, implementation, optimization, and production support of Oracle EPM Cloud applications. Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) applications for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain planning models, dimensions, metadata, security, dashboards, web forms, and business calculation rules.
• Support budget cycles, forecasts, what-if analysis, and executive reporting using Smart View for Excel.
• Configure and support Oracle ARCS for reconciliation, close management, workflow approvals, and audit traceability.
• Develop and maintain Transaction Matching rules, tolerances, auto-matching logic, and exception handling processes.
• Support finance and controllership teams during reconciliation execution and financial close activities.
• Manage data integrations within Oracle EPM Cloud using Data Exchange, integrating data from Oracle Fusion ERP, sub-ledgers, and flat files.
• Utilize EPM Automate for metadata loads, backups, restores, scheduling, and environment management.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data load issues, and validate consistency between source systems and EPM targets.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, validation, and documentation activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable EPM solutions. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS/PBCS and Oracle ARCS with Transaction Matching.
• Expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning, Financial Forecasting, and Budgeting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Account Reconciliation, Financial Close, and Controllership processes.
• Experience with EPM Automate, Data Exchange, Smart View, Calculation Scripts, and Metadata Management.
• Strong finance and accounting domain background.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP integrations and enterprise data pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, documentation, production support, and user training activities.
