Requirements TITLE:
Billing Specialist Job Objective:
Billing Specialist generates bills and invoices specific to customer accounts, delivers invoices to clients via digital and traditional mail services, processes all payment using various pay services, reconciles all payment with account, sends delinquent accounts to the collections department, generates monthly and quarterly reports, delegates duties when necessary to subordinate staff and Utilizes accounting software to identify outstanding accounts.

  • Generate customer invoices
  • Understand and execute unique timing and requirements customer billing
  • Maintain billing schedule for assigned accounts
  • Interface with operations and financial analysts to ensure billing accuracy
  • Assist with collections of customer invoices Minimum Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education:
  • Highschool diploma
  • Degree preferred
Certifications:
N/A Experience:
  • 2 years of billing experience
  • Coupa experience a plus
Skills:
  • Understanding of accounting software
  • Strong computational skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to be productive without oversight
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Robust written and communication skill set
  • Basic understanding of office software. Travel
