REQUIREMENT

pass a typing test with 40 wpm minute pass a TABE (adult basic education test) with a 12.0 Your employment with Jan-Care Ambulance is contingent upon the successful completion of all onboarding steps once an employment offer is made. Details of those steps will be discussed during the Onboarding process.

Starting Hourly Rate:

$14.00 an hour with opportunity for increase immediately upon completion of certifications. Annual increase also available.

Position Overview:

Basic computer skills Excellent communication and customer relation skills. Proper phone and email etiquette. Typing minimum of 40 Word Per Minute. Must learn HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Must maintain full time hours of 40 per week M-F with some opportunity for overtime. Maintain productivity and departmental guidelines. Cross train in other areas as needed. Medical terminology helps but is not required. We will train you on the job. We run a schedule that allows flexibility to obtain 40 hours per week during a 50 hour work window.
