Job DescriptionThe Bioanalytical Scientist will perform a variety of biochemical and analytical assays to support protein and antibody characterization. This role involves hands-on analysis, data documentation, and participation in investigations within a fast‑paced laboratory environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform bioanalytical testing on proteins and antibodies, including but not limited to:
Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)HPLC methods such as SEC and CEXSDS‑PAGEUV spectroscopyProtein A titer assaysELISAqPCRCell‑based or biochemical bioassaysRecord and manage data within laboratory information management systems (LIMS).Contribute to laboratory investigations and troubleshooting activities.
Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks and technical reports.
Follow established SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum of two years of relevant laboratory experience.
Strong organizational, computer, and scientific documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to learn new techniques, maintain accurate records, and comply with company policies and procedures.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
