While enrollment and successful completion of the class are essential steps, they do not guarantee employment. Additionally, class times may vary based on enrollment. So, take the plunge and join us for an adventure like no other! What does a Blackjack Dealer in Training do? Accurately take guest bets, payout bets, make change for guests, maintain a game pace, and deal cards. Demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures. Consistently reflect a friendly, positive, and constructive approach to the game, the department, and the company. Maintain enthusiasm regardless of pit or game assignment.
