Position Overview The BCBA is responsible for overseeing clinical programming, supervising behavior technicians and RBTs, collaborating with families, and ensuring high-quality ethical care aligned with BACB standards and Washington State regulations. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about mentorship, clinical outcomes, and creating lasting impact in the lives of children and families. What You'll DoClinical Leadership Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Oversee implementation of ABA programming Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed Ensure treatment integrity and clinical excellence Supervision & Training Supervise and mentor RBTs, CBTs, and behavior technicians Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and competency training Support staff growth through collaboration and leadership Family Collaboration Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions Maintain professional and compassionate communication with families Partner with caregivers to promote generalization of skills Compliance & Documentation Complete documentation accurately and timely Maintain compliance with BACB ethics and Washington State regulations Participate in audits, treatment reviews, and quality assurance initiatives Team Culture Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive work environment Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams Help drive innovation and continuous improvement QualificationsRequired Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Washington State credential/license eligibility Experience supervising RBTs/CBTs Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Experience in clinic-based ABA services Leadership or mentorship experience Passion for team development and culture-building What We Offer Competitive salary Bonus opportunities Supportive and collaborative leadership Career advancement opportunities Professional development and CEU support Flexible and growth-oriented environment Positive team culture focused on appreciation and success The opportunity to truly make a difference every day Our Culture At Step Up ABA, our team leads with: Compassion Accountability Innovation Positivity Teamwork Excellence We celebrate growth , for our clients, families, and staff alike.
