Perks:
We offer competitive rates with compensation for direct AND indirect time. Such as, treatment sessions, documentation, meeting attendance, and report writing. This is a W2 position. Kelly Pediatric Therapy provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.
School-Based Academy:
We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful.
Lending Library:
Kelly Pediatric Therapy recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Please note that the frequency of these activities and the amount of time spent on these duties and responsibilities may vary based upon location and volume of activity. Clinical/Educational
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) & skill-based assessments
  • Develop relevant behavior intervention plans (BIPs) & treatment plans for the school setting
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching & feedback to plan implementation team, including classroom teachers, aides, BTs / RBTs, etc.
  • Support behavior crisis intervention and troubleshoot across classrooms / buildings, as assigned
  • Provide BACB-required supervision and documentation to RBTs supporting your student caseload, as relevant
  • Participate in IEP meetings as part of interdisciplinary IEP team
  • May serve as MTSS coach to assigned classrooms / buildings within the district
  • Maintain consistent attendance and communicate changes in availability (short term or long term) as soon as possible
  • Follow all Kelly Pediatric Therapy and school-district policies related to attendance, student interactions, credential and clearance maintenance, documentation & reporting, etc.
  • Demonstrate sound judgement, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management
  • Other duties as assigned and mutually agreed in writing by the school district or program and
Kelly Pediatric Therapy Qualifications :
List the minimum required education, experience, and skills needed to perform the job.
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis or similar degree program
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification, in good standing
  • BCBA License as required by State Law
  • Experience working in school setting a plus
  • Experience working with high intensity aggressive behaviors, crisis intervention, training certification a plus
