Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a pivotal role supporting student success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a welcoming educational setting near Manchester, TN. This part-time contract opportunity focuses on delivering crucial behavioral supports and guidance within a dynamic school environment during the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll work two days per week, providing 14 hours of specialized behavioral services from August 3, 2026, through May 26, 2027. In this grant-contingent position, your expertise will ensure an effective and compassionate approach to student needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience in educational or school-based environments preferred Strong background in functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience training, supervising, or mentoring others—especially regarding behavioral processes or protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Provide supplemental behavioral services tailored to meet student needs Observe students and conduct FBAs as needed and as time allows Develop and monitor effective BIPs Oversee and supervise special education teachers acquiring emergency certifications to conduct FBAs Collaborate with school staff to implement behavioral supports and interventions Maintain accurate documentation and consult on best practices This rewarding contract role allows you to leverage your BCBA credentials to shape positive outcomes throughout the academic year.
