Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Tucumcari ,
NM Compensation:
$95 - $125
HOURLY Job Type:
PER_DIEM At Yes ABA Therapy, we are dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , you will be a critical member of our team, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child and their family.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients Implement ABA treatment programs in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and coordination of care Stay up-to-date with industry research and best practices to continuously improve treatment outcomes
Requirements:
Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field No years of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis or a related field required Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments
