Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA | Atlanta, IN About This Role If you are a BCBA or BCaBA who wants to actually focus on clinical work rather than being buried in paperwork, this role was built for you. At our Atlanta, IN clinic, you will carry a manageable caseload, work alongside a dedicated student analyst who handles the bulk of program management tasks, and have genuine room to grow your skills without burning out. We are a clinic that takes quality of care seriously. Clients come to us, the schedule is Monday through Friday, and the team around you is built to support your success. What Makes This Different Most BCBA roles promise work-life balance and deliver the opposite. Here is what we actually offer: Two remote days per week, because your best thinking does not always happen at a desk. Smaller caseloads by design, not by accident. We cap caseloads intentionally so you can provide the quality of care you trained to deliver. A student analyst assigned to you. Your student supports program management, freeing you to focus on assessment, clinical decision-making, and supervision rather than administrative tasks. Specialized CEU workshops included. Not just a reimbursement stipend, but access to structured, relevant continuing education that counts toward your recertification. Bonus opportunities on top of your base salary for performance and contribution. A Monday through Friday clinic schedule with set hours. Your Responsibilities You will oversee all aspects of client programming, including assessments, treatment planning, and insurance authorizations. You will develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, conduct monthly parent training, and collaborate with other therapy disciplines. Supervising and mentoring your RBT team is a core part of the role, as is mentoring your assigned student analyst working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. What We Are Looking For A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with current BCBA or BCaBA certification. Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course is required. Two or more years of post-certification experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively round out the ideal candidate profile. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance | 401(k) with 3% employer match | Paid time off | Paid holidays and paid breaks | Life insurance | Employee assistance program | Continuing education credits | Professional development assistance | Retirement plan Logistics Full-time, in-person and virtual | Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts | Atlanta, IN 46031 | Relocation required prior to start | Up to 10% travel
