Supervising and mentoring your RBT team is a core part of the role, as is mentoring your assigned student analyst working toward BCBA or BCaBA certification. What We Are Looking For A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with current BCBA or BCaBA certification. Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course is required. Two or more years of post-certification experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively round out the ideal candidate profile.
