In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life. Your expertise will drive patient assessment, data collection, and behavioral health strategies that foster positive outcomes in a compassionate and professional environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with disabilities, including those with autism spectrum disorder. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Educate families, caregivers, and educational staff on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and intervention techniques. Maintain accurate medical records, conduct patient assessments, and ensure all documentation aligns with legal and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities in a behavioral health setting. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy methods, and special education principles. Excellent skills in data collection, patient care, medical terminology, and medical records management. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of medical information. Exceptional communication skills for working collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare providers.
