Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a significant impact in educational settings supporting students with behavioral needs as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. In this rewarding opportunity, you'll collaborate closely with faculty, students, and families to create positive and inclusive learning environments.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, current and in good standing. Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans within educational or pediatric settings. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to coach and support school staff and families. Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral assessment and intervention strategies. Commitment to fostering an environment that promotes student success and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide direct support and consultation to school staff, administrators, and families. Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Deliver training and coaching on behavioral strategies for staff and caregivers. Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP planning, and maintain thorough documentation. Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive classroom culture.
