Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working within a dynamic PK-12+ educational setting near Palisades, WA. This contract position spans the full academic year, from August 26th through June 27th, offering the chance to provide critical behavioral support to students across a diverse range of grade levels.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience working in school environments, preferably across multiple grade levels Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of students Ability to work onsite and in-person throughout the assignment, supporting the full PK-12+ student population
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students across all grade levels Conduct behavioral assessments and share findings with multidisciplinary teams Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure consistency and fidelity of behavioral strategies Provide training and consultation to staff and families to support student progress Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing support and intervention strategies Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and other collaborative processes as required Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and district policies
