Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Advance your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school setting near Lebanon, PA. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals dedicated to supporting students' behavioral and academic growth through evidence-based strategies. You'll collaborate with educational staff and families to deliver comprehensive behavior analysis services, driving meaningful progress for children and adolescents.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification required. At least one year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an educational or pediatric environment. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students, staff, and families. Skilled in assessing behavioral needs and designing individualized support plans. Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform intervention plans. Develop and implement effective Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs. Provide direct support and training to educators, paraprofessionals, and families on ABA and behavioral management techniques. Monitor student progress, collect and interpret relevant data, and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support. Maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies and professional standards.
