Soliant is seeking a qualified and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time position for the current school year. This role is ideal for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a flexible schedule in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs, Behavior Aides, and school staff Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations Ensure compliance with ethical and educational standards

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage a flexible, part-time schedule effectively
