Join us and help shape the future of ABA therapy—where your leadership truly makes a difference. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children with autism. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Duties
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Implement behavior analytic programs and monitor progress
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including data collection and analysis Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially children with autism
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and other professionals
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
  • Familiarity with medical records management practices Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position or move about various client environments (home, school, clinic, or community) for extended periods.
Occasionally moves or positions items and equipment up to 50 pounds. Frequently positions self to support clients at floor level or during play-based activities. Constantly communicate with clients, families, and team members to exchange accurate information. Observes and detects client behaviors and environmental cues to ensure safety. May traverse between rooms or service locations; some spaces may involve stairs, ramps, or outdoor areas. Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Work Environment Work occurs in homes, schools, clinics, or group living settings and may vary in structure, noise level, and lighting. May be exposed to clients exhibiting behaviors such as yelling, hitting, biting, or running (elopement), with proper training and support provided. May work near individuals needing assistance with hygiene, toileting, or mobility tasks. May occasionally be exposed to bodily fluids or communicable conditions, with PPE and training provided. Requires the ability to remain calm and supportive in high-energy or emotionally charged situations. The environment is highly interactive, requiring adaptability, movement, and quick thinking.
