Duties Assist with rigging tasks, including securing sails, lines, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during voyages Support mechanical maintenance by performing routine checks on deck machinery and systems Help prepare and serve meals or snacks to guests, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hospitality Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the deck area to promote safety and a professional appearance Support safety drills and emergency procedures, including life jacket distribution and evacuation practices Collaborate with crew members to handle cargo, line handling, and docking operations efficiently Requirements Prior experience or training in rigging techniques is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in marine systems will be highly valued Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus, demonstrating your ability to create positive guest interactions Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed A proactive approach to safety protocols and teamwork is essential for success in this role Embark on an exciting career journey where every day brings new adventures!
